Our Vision, Mission, Home Locations and Board Members
    RAIN shares a vision with people of faith to help individuals, in recovery or after incarceration, obtain freedom in our Lord and Savior through the proclamation of the Gospel and to remain chemically free by being covenant keepers. We are a faith based nonprofit organization that supports our fellow citizens in transition and serve them as a guiding light.

    Currently providing support to those seeking assistance in Minnesota during a time of need - RAIN's mission is to support the reentry of citizens from our own neighborhoods and together we work towards establishing recovery accountability communities. And as instructed in Matthew Chapter 25; we are tireless in our efforts to "house, feed, clothe" and employ those in recovery and after incarceration.
